Why are you chasing me for the forms I have returned?

Our system is automated to chase for forms, to ensure we can process your claim efficiently, sometimes
the post may be delayed or from the time of the chase email being sent the form may have been received.

The claims tracker will show which forms we have received.

If you have multiple complaints with us, we usually need multiple forms to be returned and, in the case of completing the online PPI Questionnaire for a complaint, we need one of these for each complaint, so it might be that you've completed one for one loan or credit card, but not another.

If we do not receive your forms before August 22nd 2019 this may not leave sufficient time to process your claim prior to August 29th 2019 FCA deadline.
