Why has the claims tracker not been updated yet?

Sometimes, it can take us up to 3 days before the claims tracker shows updates to your case, which may
sometimes cause delays advising you of updates. This is generally where we need to manually update the tracker to reflect information you've given us, for example, when you give us account details.

If you are unhappy an update is yet to show please email us this query to enable us track your claim to ensure your claim is up to date.
